Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During live breaks, rip and ship events, high-volume sales, holidays, or carrier delays, processing times may vary.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.
Domestic Shipping
Thorns Warehouse ships to eligible addresses within the United States.
We may not be able to ship to certain locations, including but not limited to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, or other restricted delivery areas, depending on the carrier and product type.
International Shipping
Thorns Warehouse may offer international shipping to select countries when available at checkout.
For eligible international orders, taxes, duties, and import fees may be calculated and collected at checkout. When checkout states that the total includes taxes and duties, the customer should not owe additional duties or taxes upon delivery.
International orders may still be delayed due to customs processing, inspections, carrier delays, holidays, or local delivery procedures. Thorns Warehouse is not responsible for delays caused by customs, international carriers, or local delivery services.
Customers are responsible for making sure the shipping address, phone number, and contact information provided at checkout are correct. If an international package is refused, abandoned, returned due to the customer failing to accept delivery, or returned because the customer provided an incorrect or incomplete address, shipping costs and any carrier, customs, or return fees may not be refundable.
Trading Cards, Rip & Ship, and Live Break Sales
All trading card sales are final.

Any product opened live on stream or opened at the customer’s request
For rip and ship or live break orders, the customer authorizes Thorns Warehouse to open the purchased product live on stream. Once the product has been opened, the sale is final and cannot be canceled, returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Trading card products are based on chance. Pull rates, card values, and specific cards are not guaranteed. Not receiving a specific card, chase card, hit, or desired value does not qualify an order for a refund, return, exchange, or cancellation.
Shipping Restrictions
Certain products may have shipping restrictions based on the destination, carrier rules, customs requirements, marketplace rules, or the nature of the item. If an order cannot be shipped, we will notify you promptly.
Delivery Delays
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to severe weather, natural disasters, customs processing, holidays, incorrect addresses, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Thorns Warehouse is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, international carriers, local delivery services, or incorrect/incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us promptly at:
We will assist with reviewing the issue and working with the carrier when possible. Customers may also be required to contact the carrier directly or provide photos, documentation, or a carrier case number.
For delivered packages, please check with household members, neighbors, mailboxes, parcel lockers, front desks, building management, and your local carrier office before contacting us.
If tracking shows that a package was delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout, the order may not be eligible for a refund or replacement unless the carrier confirms a misdelivery or other carrier error.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the order.
Thorns Warehouse is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Once an order has been processed, packed, shipped, opened live on stream, or fulfilled as part of a rip and ship/live break order, it may not be eligible for cancellation or changes.
For trading card, rip and ship, and live break orders, all sales are final once the product has been opened or fulfilled.

Address for Returns
Returns must be handled according to our Return Policy. Please review our Return Policy before sending any item back.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Trading card products, rip and ship orders, live break orders, opened products, and final sale items are not eligible for return, refund, exchange, or cancellation.
