Welcome to Thorns Warehouse. Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our website, placing an order, participating in a Rip & Ship order, entering a Promotion, or using any of our services.

By accessing or using the Thorns Warehouse website, placing an order, creating an account, participating in a live stream purchase, or entering a Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.


1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Thorns Warehouse website, the “Site,” and any services provided by Thorns Warehouse, the “Services,” you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

By using the Site, creating an account, placing an order, participating in a live stream purchase, entering a Promotion, or using any Thorns Warehouse service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Service.


2. Use of the Site and Services

You agree to use the Site and Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Service.

You must not use the Site or Services for any illegal, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purpose. You may not, in the use of the Site or Services, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, restrict account access, or terminate accounts if we believe the Site or Services are being misused.


3. Privacy Policy

Your use of the Site and Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Please review our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and disclose personal information.


4. Product Information

We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information on our products. However, we do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any product descriptions, prices, images, availability, or other content on the Thorns Warehouse Site.

Product images may be stock images, manufacturer images, sample images, or photos of similar items unless otherwise stated. Colors, packaging, and product details may vary.

Trading card products are random by nature. Specific cards, pull rates, card values, grades, market prices, or results are not guaranteed.


5. Orders and Payments

By placing an order through the Thorns Warehouse Site, you agree to provide accurate and complete information for all purchases. You also agree to review and accept all applicable product terms, refund terms, shipping terms, and Rip & Ship terms before completing checkout.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Product availability

  • Errors in pricing

  • Errors in product information

  • Suspicion of fraudulent activity

  • High-risk payment activity

  • Invalid or incomplete shipping information

  • Misuse of discounts, coupons, rewards, or promotions

  • Abuse of the Site or Services

Unless otherwise stated, all discounts, coupons, rewards, and promotions are limited to one per customer and one per shipping address.

Payment must be completed before an order is fulfilled, shipped, opened live, or otherwise processed.


6. Refund, Return, and Rip & Ship Policy

All Trading Card Sales Are Final

To protect the integrity of our products, live opening services, and trading card inventory, all trading card sales are final.

We do not accept returns, refunds, cancellations, or exchanges on trading card products, including but not limited to:

  • Sealed packs

  • Booster boxes

  • Elite Trainer Boxes

  • Collection boxes

  • Single cards

  • Mystery products

  • Live breaks

  • Rip & Ship orders

  • Opened trading card products

Trading card products are random by nature. Thorns Warehouse does not guarantee specific cards, pull rates, card values, grades, market prices, or results from any sealed or opened product.


Rip & Ship / Live Opening Policy

For Rip & Ship orders, the customer is purchasing a sealed trading card product and authorizing Thorns Warehouse to open that product live on stream on the customer’s behalf.

By placing a Rip & Ship order, you agree that:

  • You authorize Thorns Warehouse to open your purchased product live on stream.

  • Once the product is opened live, the opening service has been completed.

  • The sealed product can no longer be returned in its original sealed condition.

  • The order cannot be canceled, refunded, returned, or exchanged after opening.

  • Pull results are random and are not guaranteed.

Once a pack, box, bundle, or sealed trading card item has been opened live, the sale is final.


No Refunds for Pull Results

Refunds, returns, cancellations, or payment disputes are not accepted because of:

  • Not receiving a specific card

  • Not receiving a “hit”

  • Low card value

  • Duplicate cards

  • Market value changes

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Dissatisfaction with the contents of a randomized product

  • The condition, centering, grading potential, or value of cards pulled from sealed products

The value and contents of trading card products are determined by the manufacturer and are outside of our control.


Shipping of Rip & Ship Orders

After your Rip & Ship order is opened live, your cards will be packaged and shipped to the address provided at checkout.

Once the package is handed to the shipping carrier, tracking information will be provided when available. We will assist customers with carrier inquiries when possible, but carrier delays, missed delivery scans, misdelivery, package theft, or other delivery issues caused by the shipping carrier are outside of our control.

If tracking shows the package was delivered to the address provided at checkout, the order will be considered fulfilled.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

Thorns Warehouse is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to pick up the package, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs before the order can be reshipped.


Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders

If you believe your shipment arrived damaged, is missing items, or contains an incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the package

  • Photos of the contents received

  • Photos of any damage

  • A clear explanation of the issue

We will review the information and determine the appropriate resolution. Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.


Order Availability and Shipping Delays

If an item is unavailable, cannot be fulfilled, or cannot be shipped within the stated shipping timeframe, Thorns Warehouse may contact you regarding next steps, including substitution options, delayed shipment approval, cancellation, or refund where required.


Chargeback and Payment Dispute Policy

By completing checkout, you agree that you have read and accepted this Refund, Return, and Rip & Ship Policy.

For Rip & Ship and live opening orders, the live opening of the purchased product fulfills the opening/service portion of the order. Once opened live, the product is no longer sealed and cannot be returned.

If a chargeback or payment dispute is filed after an order has been opened, fulfilled, shipped, or delivered, Thorns Warehouse may provide evidence to the payment processor, credit card company, bank, marketplace, or other reviewing party, including but not limited to:

  • Order confirmation

  • Customer name, billing, and shipping details

  • Proof of checkout agreement

  • Store refund and Rip & Ship policy

  • Product page information

  • Live stream footage or recording

  • Screenshots or chat logs from the live opening

  • Date and time of opening

  • Packaging records

  • Shipping label

  • Tracking number

  • Carrier acceptance scan

  • Delivery confirmation

Filing a payment dispute does not override this policy or the customer’s agreement at checkout.


Customer Agreement

By placing an order with Thorns Warehouse, you confirm that:

  • You understand all trading card sales are final.

  • You understand Rip & Ship orders may be opened live on stream.

  • You authorize Thorns Warehouse to open Rip & Ship products on your behalf.

  • You understand randomized trading card products do not guarantee specific results.

  • You agree not to request a refund, return, cancellation, or chargeback due to pull results, buyer’s remorse, or dissatisfaction with random contents.

  • You understand your opened cards will be shipped after the live opening.


7. Intellectual Property

Thorns Warehouse does not own the intellectual property rights to the brands or products listed on our Site.

All trademarks, brand names, logos, images, product names, characters, and related intellectual property are the property of their respective owners.

The sale of branded products on the Site does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, authorization, or affiliation with any brand, manufacturer, licensor, or trademark owner unless specifically stated.


8. User Accounts

You may be required to create an account on the Thorns Warehouse Site to access certain features.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, login information, and password. You are also responsible for restricting access to your device or account.

You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your Thorns Warehouse account.

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that are used for fraud, abuse, chargeback abuse, promotion abuse, or violation of these Terms of Service.


9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Thorns Warehouse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

Thorns Warehouse shall not be liable for any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use the Thorns Warehouse Site or Services

  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein

  • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Thorns Warehouse Site or Services

  • Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or similar harmful code that may be transmitted to or through the Thorns Warehouse Site by any third party

  • Carrier delays, delivery errors, missed scans, package theft, or other shipping issues outside of our control

  • The random nature, contents, market value, grading potential, condition, or pull results of trading card products


10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms of Service, the Site, the Services, or purchases from Thorns Warehouse shall be handled in accordance with applicable law.


11. Changes to Terms of Service

Thorns Warehouse reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms of Service at any time.

If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice before any new terms take effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

Your continued use of the Site or Services after any changes become effective means you agree to the updated Terms of Service.


12. Discount and Promotion Abuse

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or reverse any order where a discount, coupon, promotion, reward, or points program has been misused or applied in a manner inconsistent with its terms.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Using multiple discount codes in violation of promotion rules

  • Creating multiple accounts or using multiple email addresses to receive new customer discounts

  • Redeeming a coupon more than once when limited to one per customer or household

  • Using more than one coupon per shipping address

  • Exploiting pricing errors, technical glitches, or system loopholes

  • Misusing rewards, store credit, referral programs, or promotional offers

If we suspect discount or promotion abuse, we may cancel the order, revoke discounts, remove rewards or store credit, and/or suspend or terminate your account without notice.


13. Promotions, Bounty Events, Giveaways, and Sweepstakes

Thorns Warehouse may offer promotions, including but not limited to bounty events, giveaways, sweepstakes, contests, and promotional events, collectively referred to as “Promotions.”

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF WINNING.


Entry Methods

Participants may enter Promotions through one of the following methods:

A. Purchase-Based Participation, Optional

Customers who purchase eligible products may participate in live or recorded product openings.

If a designated promotional item or bounty card is revealed during the opening, the participant may be eligible to receive the advertised prize, subject to verification.

B. Free Alternative Method of Entry, AMOE

Participants may enter without purchase by submitting a mail-in entry that includes their full name, mailing address, and the name of the Promotion.

Mail-in entries may be handwritten or printed but must include the required information. Entries must be received within the applicable promotional period to be eligible.

Mail-in entry instructions and promotion details may also be made available on Thorns Warehouse platforms; however, access to or membership in any platform is not required to enter or win.


Free Entry Drawing

All valid mail-in entries will be entered into a separate random drawing for a prize of equal value to the bounty prize offered through purchase-based participation.

Free entry participants will have an equal opportunity to win a prize of equal value.


Promotion Period

Each Promotion is valid only during its stated promotional period, as communicated on stream, product listing, or official Thorns Warehouse channels.

Each Promotion will remain active until the designated bounty item is pulled or otherwise awarded, unless ended earlier at the discretion of Thorns Warehouse.

Mail-in entries must be received before the bounty is claimed or the Promotion ends to be eligible.


General Promotion Terms

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Limit one (1) prize per person per Promotion unless otherwise stated.

Promotions are open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age or older.

All prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted except at the discretion of Thorns Warehouse.

Thorns Warehouse reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.


Compliance and Fair Play

This Promotion is intended to comply with all applicable federal and state laws, including Florida law, and shall be interpreted accordingly.

Any attempt to manipulate, abuse, or tamper with a Promotion, including but not limited to fraudulent entries, automated submissions, duplicate entries, or misuse of systems, may result in disqualification.


Disclaimers

All trading cards and similar products are random in nature. Specific cards, pulls, or outcomes are not guaranteed.


Modification and Termination

Thorns Warehouse reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any Promotion at any time for any reason, including technical issues, fraud, abuse, inventory issues, platform issues, or unforeseen circumstances.


Void Where Prohibited

Promotions are void where prohibited or restricted by law.
